Welcome to Diamond Vision Headlight Restoration (“we,” “us,” “our”). By scheduling a service, accessing our website, or engaging with Diamond Vision Headlight Restoration in any way, you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
Diamond Vision Headlight Restoration offers mobile headlight restoration, including but not limited to headlight cleaning, polishing, oxidation removal, UV protective coating, and clarity restoration. All services are performed on-site at a customer’s specified location (e.g., driveway, street, or workplace parking area).
We do not offer headlight replacement or mechanical repair services. Restoration is a resurfacing and clarity improvement process and is not a substitute for replacing damaged or broken headlights.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Mobile Service Access Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have safe and legal access to your vehicle at the scheduled location. Please ensure there is sufficient space for our technicians to work safely. We are not responsible for services we cannot complete due to blocked access or unsafe working conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms such as Zelle. Prices are subject to change without notice but will always be communicated before work begins.
5. Warranty & Limitations
We stand by the quality of our work and offer a limited warranty covering premature peeling or hazing that occurs within the warranty period stated at the time of service. This warranty covers re-restoration only and does not include refunds or replacement parts.
Results vary depending on the condition of the headlights, age of the vehicle, environmental exposure, and maintenance after restoration. We do not guarantee permanent results. Most restorations last 9+ months depending on weather, washing frequency, and driving conditions.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Diamond Vision Headlight Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing damage, cracked or broken lenses, or future damage caused by environmental factors. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge that restoration is a cosmetic resurfacing service and does not repair structural damage.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure your vehicle is legally parked and accessible at the scheduled time.
Remove valuables from the vehicle before service begins.
Disclose any known damage to headlights prior to restoration.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation or additional fees.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and content on our website and marketing materials are the property of Diamond Vision Headlight Restoration and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
